After reinstalling Win 7 64bit Home Premium on my Acer laptop I am unable to Replace file conflict dialog.

I already have the following already checked:
1) Replace conflict dialog - No alert
2) Replace folder conflict dialog
3) Always show more details.

Am I doing something wrong??? Can you help??? I had no problem getting this to work on my other PC.

Follow the steps here and make sure all addons are enabled in Internet Options: http://www.classicshell.net/faq/#explorer_toolbar
