This is a nice surprise.
CSM version 4.3.1 still works ok, even with Windows 10 October 2018 update 1809, build 17763
This is from the standard public Win 10 update release:

not from any of those beta insider versions.
I was assuming CSM was not going to work anymore.
Microsoft must have cut out some of the beta features that stopped CSM from working on those insider editions?
I restarted just to be sure the menu does not collapse. Seems to work ok.
EDIT:
This was the only time I skipped the normal system update,
and went to Microsoft site instead for the update on the first day of release.
Very lucky that nothing went wrong,
but won't be doing that in the future as Microsoft let too many bugs through.
They still have not re-released a debugged version a week later.
I see now the link above shows old spring update.
