| Post subject: | Email fetchers |
Does any one know how to get this the email fetcher to work? Its the one when you right click on a document or picture and click email. It used to work when my grandpa used Aol desktop. Now that he updated it to gold he is not able to use that fetcher anymore. |

Not related to classic shell; however this is likely who you need to contact for issues related to aol desktop https://help.aol.com/contact/ Since it appears he is a gold member from your post, you should be able to use the live chat feature (labeled 'Chat with us') |
