Hope I'm in the right place, I use win 10 home when I click on start button all I see is blue with programs at very bottom. There is a second column, I have look in FAQ and

in forum but couldn't find anything that address my problem. I have reinstalled to see if help but was same and I use 4.3.1 thanks in advance.

Its likely you removed certain menu elements.

right click the start button
go to settings
click backup
click reset all settings.
and start from there.

If that doesn't restore the stuff let us know
