How do I add download folder and Video folder to Start Menu. I am using Windows 7 style start menu. The download folder and Video folders are grayed out.

Go to Customize Start Menu tab and double click "Don't display this item". Change it to "Display as a list" or "Display as a menu" for Videos and Download.
