| Post subject: | Installation problem |
When I try to download Shell from their website on to my Windows 10 laptop I get a pop up asking if I want to save the file or cancel, no other options. When I click "save" it goes to my download folder but thats it, no download or other options. Would love a suggestion. Just coming from Windows 7 and don't know my way around a computer very well...obviously. Thanks much Paul |

Most web browsers today directly download your files to the "Downloads" folder and do not ask where you want to save it. You can change this from the browser's settings/options. Once the installer is downloaded, press Win+R keys to open the Run dialog. Type in it: shell:Downloads and press Enter. The Downloads folder will open. Now you can open the Classic Shell installer and install it. |
