Hi all

Is there any way to show with a permanent icon ( pin icon ) a pinned app or most frequent files folders as highlighted on the screen shot on both left and right columns ?

I'm using smoked glass skin and didn't found where to go on the .skin file .

No, the pinned apps don't have an icon because you know they are pinned (since they are in the main menu).

The setting is called "Pin_bitmap". Not all skins have it because by default the menu uses the icon from imageres.dll.
Look at the Metro and Midnight skins for examples.

It would still be nice if the pinned area had some label at the top that said "Pinned" and the other "Recent" or "Frequent".

It would instantly tell the user and anyone trying to assist him:
- What list he has enabled - Recent or Frequent
- Whether pinned is on top or recent/frequent is on top.

Labels help a lot.
