I want the exact same layout windows 10 anniversary already has but I want the all apps list to open from a button like when the start menu is full screen. Like this: Before:  After (photoshopped badly):  Tell me if I should include more detail be specific with detail please |

Classic Shell cannot modify the Windows 10 Start menu. There are no plans to clone the exact layout of the Windows 10 menu either. You can however pin everything you want to the Classic Start menu and have All Programs as a separate button below that opens alongside the pinned app list.
