Hey there,
Long time fan, first time poster!
I have been using classic shell for quite some time now, and its great! I often redo my pc, and have a number of user accounts on it. Now each time that another person logs into my pc, i get yelled at (mother!!!) because of a rebuild, and when other people click on classic shell, it pops up to configure it, look and feel etc... Is there any way to setup CS once, and then it be the same for anyone that uses the computer, or when a new account is created??

Hope that made sense....! Thanks :)

Yes there is a way to do that. Look at the Administrative Settings section in the Help file. An administrator can lock specific settings and enforce them for all other users, so no other user can edit them. You have to export your reg settings from HKCU\Software\IvoSoft to HKLM\Software\IvoSoft and restart the menu.
