Post subject:	Can't find an option
Where in settings is the "mouse hover behavior" option that controll what happens when you mouse over a start menu folder such as "programs" . I would like they don't open automatically when I mouse over just when I click on it

Set the "Menu Delay" on General Behavior tab to 1000000.
