After upgrading to Windows 10 it tries to reconfigure to the new OS and Windows 10 then blocks it. It is running Windows 10 with all the updates, including patch 1511 (a.k.a. "Service Pack 1").  I will try and update it to the latest version and see if it still does this. |

You need to uninstall Classic Shell, and then install the latest stable version 4.2.5c. |
