I am a newbie here. My Start Menu is almost just like XP's. However, there is one part I can't seem to get to work. On the actual XP Start Menu, there is a blue bar at the bottom with Log Off and Turn Off Computer on it, aligned to the right. On mine, they are in separate columns, without the bottom blue bar. Can I get the blue bar, or do I need to wait for a future update?
