Hi,
After recently buying a new notebook with win 8 installed, I have just installed classic shell and I love it!
But I am having some problems trying to get a custom start button image to display correctly. I have created a square png image of a windows start button and I'm using the Start Button/Custom Button setting in settings for classic shell to select the custom image. However, the image seems to have the bottom third cut off it and it seems to be positioned too low to that only the top part of the circle arc is displayed? And then when I mouse over the button, the image moves upwards to be more properly positioned but only a narrow band of the circular button image is displayed - the top third is cut off and so is the bottom third?
I have tried messing around with the button size settings, but haven't had any success there either. It still seemes to behaves similarly no matter what I do in that it chops off the top and bottom part of the image.
Below is how the start button looks before I mouse over it:
And below is how the start button appears when I mouse over it:
Appreciate any assistance in getting the button image to display correctly??
Thanks
