Recently I am using windows 10 on HP Pavilion-15. It didn't shutdown properly. After shutdown, the monitor shows nothing but the power button is lit. Then I installed Classic Shell 4.2.7 beta on my PC. But sometimes it doesn't work properly. I mean sometimes it shutdown properly and sometimes it can't. What is the solution? Thanks in advance.

I have unchecked "Enable hybrid shutdown" and turned off fast startup. But the problem wasn't solved.

It is normal for the button on the monitor to blink even after you have shut down instead of completely turning off.

Unplug your power cord (or turn off the physical power button next to the plug if you have one) after the screen turns off. But this is not necessary as usually when your PC turns off, your monitor goes into very low power mode. It hardly takes any power.
