Hi folks!

I have a question regarding the shortcuts in the start menu to the software you've recently used. Here is a screenshot of my start menu:

I'm talking about the entries like:
1. Opera
2. Paint.NET
etc.

I don't want to have these shortcuts anymore. How do I deactivate them? I didn't find any option (expert mode enabled).

I know I can easily delete them, but the next time I start Opera (for example) there's a new shortcut.

Thank you in advance! :)

Olivia

well you could remove the 'recently used programs' and replace it with custom shortcuts for everything you do want up there :P, i dont think theres a way to blacklist a program from showing in recent programs after use

To turn off Recently used program list, uncheck the option "Show recent programs" on the "Special Items" tab in Start Menu settings. (Note: Not the setting called "Show recent programs on top" but the one exactly called "Show recent programs".)
