When you right-click on the Classic Start Menu Start Button, you get a menu with various choices, one of which is "Settings". Once I have configured how I want Classic Start Menu to work on my computer, I don't want other family members to make changes, but this link is too easy for them to find. Is there any way to remove the "Settings" option from the right-click menu? If I want to make changes I can always use the link in the programs folder, which I have hidden so family members don't see it. |

Yes, look up the "Administrative Settings" section in the help file on how to disable "Settings" and hide the item. You need to set "EnableSettings" value in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\IvoSoft\ClassicStartMenu branch. Then restart the Start menu or logoff and login back. |
