When you right-click on the Classic Start Menu Start Button, you get a menu with various choices, one of which is "Settings". Once I have configured how I want Classic Start Menu to work on my computer, I don't want other family members to make changes, but this link is too easy for them to find. Is there any way to remove the "Settings" option from the right-click menu? If I want to make changes I can always use the link in the programs folder, which I have hidden so family members don't see it.

Yes, look up the "Administrative Settings" section in the help file on how to disable "Settings" and hide the item. You need to set "EnableSettings" value in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\IvoSoft\ClassicStartMenu branch. Then restart the Start menu or logoff and login back.
