Looks like the new Windows Insider Preview build 14316 is blocking the installer once again.

Thanks for reporting. Haven't confirmed yet. In my country, the internet is too slow and limited to download huge builds every few weeks. It's going to be an ongoing issue - Windows 10 changes breaking something in Classic Shell every few months. It makes sense to get Classic Shell working only on the 6 monthly or annual major updates. :)

Update: Classic Shell 4.2.7 is compatible with Redstone's current builds.

Agreed.
My post was more of a "Look what they did", instead of a "FIX IT NOW!!" kinda thing...

The same in my laptop with Insider Preview 14316. But found a simply solution: after dowloading installer, simply rename it to setup.exe (or something else)
