i installed classic shell to get a transparent taskbar, but the start menu has changed, even uninstalling it dosent work,how do i go back to my old windows 10 start

and no im not going to just do shift click, i want my old menu back

If you uninstall Classic Shell you should get your start menu back, unless you have other start menu replacement software already installed.

If you want to keep Classic Shell for the taskbar, but want to use the original Windows 10 menu, go to the Controls tab in the settings and change the Win key and the mouse click to both open the Windows menu.
