a pop window shows up saying An installation for Microsoft Office Office MUI English 2007 is currently suspended .You must undo changes made by that installation continue.Do you want to undo those changes I' m running windows 10

Possibly you have a pending reboot? Reboot the computer and try the installer again.

This is a Windows Installer problem, not related to Classic Shell. Installations of programs that use Windows Installer (MSI) technology can be "suspended" even after a reboot. Complete the setup for Office 2007 properly or let it undo the changes and then install Classic Shell.
