If the folders still exist, you can manually add them to classic shell. Right click on the start button, go to settings, click show all settings, and then go to the Customize start menu tab

Yes, go to Customize Start Menu tab and double click the icon of the "Music" item to bring up Edit Menu Item dialog. Erase everything from the Command and Link fields and type in the Link field:

shell:MusicLibrary

Click OK everywhere to save settings. Now it will show your Music Library and not your My Music folder.

The start menu contains 2 commands related to Music. They are called "user_music" and "lib_music" (one of the user's Music folder and the other is for the Music Library). By default the Classic style uses user_music and the Windows 7 style uses "lib_music" - this is to better match the behavior of the Windows start menu of the same style.

When you go to the Edit Menu Item dialog, make sure the command says "lib_music" if you want to see the library.
