If the folders still exist, you can manually add them to classic shell. Right click on the start button, go to settings, click show all settings, and then go to the Customize start menu tab

Yes, go to Customize Start Menu tab and double click the icon of the "Music" item to bring up Edit Menu Item dialog. Erase everything from the Command and Link fields and type in the Link field:
shell:MusicLibrary
Click OK everywhere to save settings. Now it will show your Music Library and not your My Music folder.

I am a Windows enthusiast and helped a little with Classic Shell's testing and usability/UX feedback.
