I'm using CS 4.2.4. I downloaded some additional CS themes from Deviant Art, but don't know how to install them?

Take the .skin or .skin7 file and move them to the 'skins' folder in classic shells install directory (C:\Program Files\Classic Shell\Skins by default)
Note: you may be talking about .theme files (which are unrelated to classic shell) To install them. Run http://uxstyle.com/
then copy the .theme files you downloaded previously to: C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\ Then right click the desktop and select personalize, and pick out your new theme
