Hi. I'm using Classic Shell 4.2.4. When I open the start menu sometimes it crashes explorer.exe. Is there a way of fixing this? Thanks. |

Depends on the reason for the crash. Create a crash dump following the instructions here: viewtopic.php?f=12&t=6 |

Hi. Thanks for the response. I've been struggling to get the error to recur whilst procdump is running. |

The explorer crashes specifically when I click the Documents menu. |
