As I mentioned earlier, Classic shell is not listed under programs. Actually it is. What I meant to say is that classic shell is NOT found as part of the start button. I want it as part of the start button because it provides more info such Internet Explorer 9, etc. How do I restore Classic Shell to the Start Button. Thank you!

You may have unchecked the setting "Create a start menu folder" in the installer. Uninstall and install again. Make sure everything is checked.
