Hallo,
thanks for your very good software.
Will you also release Classic Start Menu as zipped package?
It is not possible to install it when you do not have administrative privileges.

Thanks again and regards,
Marco

There aren't any plans to release it as a ZIP package but you can just copy the files and run the main Start Menu EXE (ClassicStartMenu.exe) - it should run without any issues. All the settings will be recreated in the registry and are per-user. From a machine where you have Classic Shell installed and have proper permissions, copy the C:\Program Files\Classic Shell\ directory to any PC with a non-admin user account and manually run ClassicStartMenu.exe. Place it in the startup folder to launch it at startup. The other components can't be used without admin permissions.

On Windows 8, loading it at startup will be slow when started via the Startup folder because Microsoft crippled the startup of desktop programs in Windows 8 by artificially delaying it.

So, this means that ClassicShell is in fact a portable program? (just transporting its "Program Files" folder)?... Fabulous!!

Yes, you can copy the Program Files folder somewhere and it will still work. Then there's the matter of starting it. The automatic launching of the start menu when you log in requires installation and is not portable. You have to either start manually or arrange some other mechanism, like the startup folder or a scheduler task.
