If I select the classic menu when I hover over a folder in the all programs list, it opens the submenu, how can I do the same for the Windows 7 Skin?

In Windows 7 style, you can go to the Main Menu tab and set "All Programs style" to "Cascading sub-menu". Then it will behave like the Classic style.

You can't make folders inside All Programs open by hovering if you are using the tree view inside the main menu.
