I have installed Classic Shell on another Windows 8.1 machine and the Navigation Tab is missing? |

Are you saying that the Navigation tab is missing from the taskbar properties? Can you show a screenshot? |

Taskbar Properties are part of Windows, not part of Classic Shell. The Navigation tab may have been disabled by Group Policy. Note that on Windows 8 RTM, there is no Navigation tab. |
