 Post subject: Classic Shell at Startup

I am using windows 8.1 (GAG!!) and when I boot up the computer windows shell doesn't come up. I can get to it by using my mouses one button. But I want it to boot to it. Any suggestions??

Right click on the taskbar and select Properties. Then on the Navigation tab click the setting to automatically go to the desktop on startup.
