Hello all! I'm new to Classic Start Menu but I am very impressed so far. The only issue I've run in to is with the Show Log Off option. It is grayed out, stating 'this setting is blocked by Group Policy.' The problem is: I have very few GPOs set up, and I have one specifically set to add the Log Off option to the start menu (User Configuration > Policies > Administrative Templates > Start Menu and Taskbar > Add Logoff To Start Menu (Enabled)). I notice also if I navigate to the Metro Start Menu and click on my username, the Log Off option is available. Does anyone know if this is a bug, if there's a work around or if there's another GPO I can create to unblock this? Thanks! Chris |

There are multiple policies that affect the logoff. Download the Classic Shell Utility from here: http://www.classicshell.net/downloads/ Run it and send me the log file. |
