Can anyone invert the Metro button colors so it shows the multi colored one all the time, and the blue one when pressed? I can't find the png file.

It is not a PNG, but a BMP and it is a resource inside the ClassicStartMenuDLL.dll. There are 4 of them for different DPI settings.
