Post subject:  When I close the menu the current window remains inactive

Hello everybody,
Sorry for my English. I use Classic Shell 4.1.0 with Windows 8.1. When I press the windows key to open the start menu the current active window becomes inactive. I press the windows key again to close the start menu and the window automatically becomes active. When I click the left mouse button on the start button to open the start menu the current active window becomes inactive. But when I click the start button to close the start menu the second time the above mentioned window stay inactive, to make it active I have to click on this window. Is this behavior when you click the left mouse button on the start button to close the start menu normal? Should an inactive window automatically become active when I click the left mouse button on the start button to close the start menu or whether it should remain inactive?

This is how the start button works in Windows 7. Classic Shell replicates that behavior.
The reason is that the mouse click always activates the window you click. In this case it is the start button (which is a window of sorts).
