Hello.

I would like to know if it would be possible to add icons in the start menu.
Indeed, when we go in the settings, in the "Customize Start Menu" tab there are icons for each items but they don't appear in my start menu.

Thank you

Which style of the menu are you using? For Windows 7 style, the icons for the right column don't show except for a single icon of the selected item which appears in the place where the user picture is.

For Classic with two columns style, go to the "Skin" tab in Start Menu Settings and uncheck the option "No icons in second column". Click OK. You can customize those icons from the Customize Start Menu tab.

Thank you for answering.

I'm using Windows 7 style.

Do you know if there is a way to combine the icons of Classic and the style of Windows 7 ?

No it isn't possible to combine the two styles. They are two independent Start Menu implementations.

I use style "classic with two columns".
Just go to "Settings", page "Skin", and finally uncheck box "No icons on second column".

Profit.

Icons it's way not to read tiny letters to decide what do you want.
And not to search menu items selecting menu one-by-one and looking at icon "in place of user avatar" as M$ suggest.
Dumb design.
