Microsoft now seem to have made the windows 10 start menu by transparent (and possibly have aero glass as well). Will it be possible for classic shell to support that too please?

Classic shell has supported glass since windows 7.. (you could even get it on windows 8 with outside software)
Ofcourse its dependent on the individual skin to support it. And the windows 7 style does have some restrictions on the left pane

The Metro skin in Windows 7 style does not support glass as of Classic Shell 4.2.4.

Starting with Classic Shell 4.2.5, the Metro and Midnight skins support transparency in both columns in Windows 7 style.
