| Post subject: | Ctrl/Alt+Win key hotkey to open Start Screen? |
Did some searching but couldn't find a way to do this. Is there a way to replace Shift+Win, or at least add Ctrl+Win (or Alt+Win) for opening the Start Screen in Windows 8? The "Additional Start screen hotkey" option will not accept the Windows key. Thanks. |

In the future it may be required as Microsoft adds back the Start menu to Windows 8.1. Then we'll need one key for Classic Start Menu, one for Windows Start Menu and another for Windows Start Screen. |

Nothing wrong, it's just further away from the Win key than Ctrl/Alt in my keyboard (another row and farther to the left) and pressing Shift+Win is a bit awkward. Not a big deal of course. Ctrl/Alt are adjacent to Win and you can even press Ctrl/Alt+Win together with one finger.
