Okay, here's my problem: I want to disable all the active corners except the bottom right corner which is for the charms. Now I can disable all the other corners, but I can't disable that annoying top edge thing (where your cursor turns into a hand and you drag down to split the screen), which is quite annoying. However, disabling all active corners through classic shell disables this top edge, but also disables the lower right corner in the process (which I want to keep).

Does anyone know a way to keep that bottom right corner while getting rid of the rest? I don't mind if I need dig through the registry or anything (I have experience ;)

Thanks!

Maybe try using Skip Metro Suite: http://winaero.com/comment.php?comment.news.103 You don't need it on Windows 8.1 for booting to the desktop but it may still be useful in your rare case of selectively disabling hot corners.
