I am unable to get the 'Log off' button onto the Start Menu. It appears to be added when setting up my menu using the Customize Start Menu tab, but it doesn't show up in the Start Menu itself. Every other function I have added works fine (though I haven't tried every single one). Executing 'Log off' via Alt-F4 > Shut Down Windows > Sign Out goes through correctly, so this is not an OS issue. I'm running Windows 8.1.
Thanks for any suggestions.

If you are using the Classic style or Classic with two columns style, make sure that "Show Log Off" option is also enabled on the Special Items tab, in addition to it being added via the Customize Start Menu tab.

I am a Windows enthusiast and helped a little with Classic Shell's testing and usability/UX feedback.
