I have just upgraded my monitor to a higher resolution model, and consequently my start menu, which was in two roughly equal columns each containing different content became one full and one nearly empty column. I want to be able to specify where the column break takes place, and after much searching I cannot see any way to do so. I have attached a screenshot of the current state of my menu, where I am using text files as filler to force the folders to go where I want, which is not an ideal solution but it should illustrate what I am trying to achieve.

No, in submenus, items cannot be forced to the second column unless the first column is completely filled to touch the height of your display.

Adjustable break between columns is not possible. How would you even specify it?
However it makes sense to try and distribute the items evenly between the two columns to reduce the blank space. I will add it to my list to investigate in the future.
