Can you change the Program icon to any recognised icon?

As I understood it, this was never feasible in WinXP.

Is it possible with ClassicShell? Cheers.

Yes, with Classic Shell you can use any icon for the Programs menu. Go to the "Customize Start Menu" tab, double-click on the Programs item and change the icon.
