Hallo together,

is it possible to take over 'Classic Shell'-settings, particularly listed programs and links from one user to another (at the same computer)?
And if so, how to do?

The "programs and links" are just contents of the Start Menu folder. You can copy those to another user, however you better be sure that the other user has the same programs installed to the same directories or the links won't work.
