Windows 8.1 RTM Classic Start Menu 3.9.5 RC As title states, on multiple machines my taskbar becomes transparent after restarting. I can go back into settings and check the box to disable transparency it but it always reverts on restart. Thanks |

Does the setting become unchecked, or it is still checked but not working? |

Setting becomes unchecked. The setting stays saved as long as I stay logged on. A logoff or restart unchecks the setting. |

Oh indeed. Confirmed. It's getting unchecked as soon as Explorer.exe restarts. |

In Windows 7, the setting does not get unchecked after Explorer restarts. Only in Windows 8. |
