Hello,

I used Classic Shell for some time and like it very much.

After the latest update to version 3.6.8 I´m getting a hang condition and a follow on explorer crash as soon as the mouse pointer roles over (not clicking) the "Programs" or "Documents" entry.

I tried older versions, but it is now the same with all versions.

What can be the reason for this and how can I prevet it?

Try the latest beta to see if it resolves your issue
