Sorry to hear that people were stealing/reselling your source code. Our company would like to use classic start menu for internal use only (no source needed) so we are asking for a copy of the license agreement to provide our legal dept for review. If this is acceotable usage, please let me know and provide a link to the url. Best Wishes... |

You can review the EULA here: http://www.classicshell.net/eula/ Aside from the source code license changes, it remains the same as before. Also be advised that the 3.9.x versions are beta. Give it a good testing before you deploy it to an entire company. |

well mostly the only thing that seems to be considered improper use, is attempting to profit from Ivo's Labors.. |

Also I suggest making an image of the OS with Classic Shell all set up. In-fact you could even add a link to your website in the menu |
