Sorry to hear that people were stealing/reselling your source code.
Our company would like to use classic start menu for internal use only (no source needed) so we are asking for a copy of the license agreement to provide our legal dept for review.

If this is acceotable usage, please let me know and provide a link to the url.

Best Wishes...

You can review the EULA here: http://www.classicshell.net/eula/
Aside from the source code license changes, it remains the same as before.
Also be advised that the 3.9.x versions are beta. Give it a good testing before you deploy it to an entire company.

Really giving a piece of free, open source software to people isn't a bad thing.
Every user is using it properly, if there is a way not to use it properly,

well mostly the only thing that seems to be considered improper use, is attempting to profit from Ivo's Labors..

You really don't need to spend a lot of time reviewing the ToS. It's very small.
Also I suggest making an image of the OS with Classic Shell all set up.
In-fact you could even add a link to your website in the menu
