I have uninstalled and reinstalled Classic Shell over 8 times on my computer as of today. All eight times, the shell menu hasn't appeared once. Only the installation process, but never the actual product. I have provided screenshots of the results and I wonder why it isn't working. Please help me fix it! Also, I hate cortana so I have it hidden on my Windows 10, just in case you were wondering what happened. Thanks so much for reading!

Download the Classic Shell Utility from here: http://www.classicshell.net/downloads/
Run it, save a system log, and send it to me.

Everything seems fine. You should be getting the classic menu with two columns when you click on the start button. Do you not?
Also, what happens if you right-click on the start button?

I've found that recently, Windows 10 will break/uninstall ClassicShell during updates. I've seen this about 20 times or so. Once i reinstall, ClassicShell can't seem to auto start like it always has in the past. So i click into the install folder and run it from there. This seems to work fine until the next Windows 10 update, then you have to do it all over again. FMS

I read somewhere that ClassicShell gets detected by Windows 10 by the filename and blocks it. I'm not sure of this, but i always rename software when i download it anyways. If i remember right ClassicShell comes down something like ClassicShellSetup_4_3_0.exe In my software collection i rename it to ClassicShell 4.3.0.exe I've always done this, so if Windows 10 really is detecting based on a filename then maybe i've slid by. It always installs for me.

I did notice today that on a recently Windows updated machine i couldn't download ClassicShell from classicshell.net. I tried in all the browsers, it simply didn't work (click, then nothing). But when i click on a Windows 7 machine, no problem. Hmmmmm, suspicious. FMS
