I have added Icelandic (Iceland) translation to the three L10N ini files. The modified files are included in the ZIP file that is attached to this message.

To use Classic Shell in the Icelandic language:
  • Overwrite the L10N ini files in C:\Program Files\Classic Shell
  • Make sure you have set your operating system to use the Icelandic language.
  • Restart Classic Shell by signing out.

They would show if you set your Windows to that language. Does that not work?

If I set Windows to use Icelandic language some items in the Classic Start Menu are translated: Documents, Pictures, My Computer, Recent Items; while others are not: Control Panel, PC settings, Network Connections, Printers, Search, Help and Support, Run..., Shut Down...;

Download the Classic Shell Utility from here: http://www.classicshell.net/downloads/
Run it, save a system log file, and send the file to me.

Your StartMenuL10N file worked for me. For example "Run" says "Keyra".
Did you log off after changing the file? The ini files are loaded only at startup.
Also, make sure the file in the Classic Shell folder is actually changed. Since it is in the Program Files folder, it is protected and you need to be admin to change it.
