Are there any plans for it? Perhaps you need someone to help?

If I can get some tools to unpack the English one then I'll do PL version with pleasure.

To the best of my knowledge nobody is actively working on a Polish translation. If you are interested, this is a good place to start: viewtopic.php?f=20&t=1344

Thanks to Barnaba there is a Polish translation now. Download it from the Language tab in the settings or from here: http://www.classicshell.net/translations/
