Animated Flames and Skulls Here is my first animated button. Starts out with a bunch of skulls for normal Hot hover is with flames. Too bad I can't make it loop. At the end or pressed, just burnt skulls. It was made already from Windowblinds, so all I did was put Ivo's pixel line at top, and do a little blending. It is from the Molten skin, that was converted to Jcee's skin: viewtopic.php?f=17&t=5113 It's kind of big file at 585KB ![]() Edit. As GauravK says below. Will need to turn on "align to corner of the screen". Not that great if taskbar is top of screen. Can leave button size on default 0 Any button size more than 120 and gets too pixelated and juts into menu. EDIT: I found two online free sites to turn your finished CSM animated start button, into an animated gif, for users to see right away what it looks like. It is easy. Just upload your finished start button to http://imagesplitter.net/how_to_start Say if yours has 12 frames, then enter 12 for the rows, and 1 for the columns. Split the image as .png. Says Max is 32. More than enough for a sample. It will download a zip of 12 separate frames. Next go to gif maker site http://gifmaker.me/ Upload the 12 frames,(which now have sequence numbers) Adjust the speed, click on create Gif animation, then download it. I tried both ways with or without the extra one line pixel row. Did not seem to screw up anything.

Yes, or else there will be just a wiff of flames. As I said, I'm a newbee, so don't expect for me to know everything. ![]() |
