hi
there are some very cool skin

i read the manual how create a skin
i used resource hacker 4
and i have photoshop cc 2014
but honestly about the transparency , i don't understand how do it

can you please tell me step by step how to do it with photoshop

You have to save the BMPs as 32-bit BMPs with Transparency.

but to change the Transparency ... i tried to photoshop ,can't figure out how

Which skin are you using? Changing/adding transparency for every skin is different, that's why it's not a global setting.

just learn how make it more transparency with photoshop

Look at the Channels. There should be Red, Green, Blue and Alpha. The alpha channel is the transparency. Make it darker for more transparency.
