| Post subject: | Skin option doesn't work |
Hi, I'm using Classic Shell 4.2.4 over a Windows 7 Professional and something happened with the Skin option of the Classic Menu because even if I select a different skin, always the same is shown ( <No Skin>). In the beginning (three days ago) it worked right so, I don't know what can be happened. I removed and re-installed the Classic Menu and also cleaned the Registry to avoid problems, but after a "fresh installation" the problem remains.... Any idea about how to solve this issue? Thank you! |

Solved: If the skin change is made from the "Skin" tab on the settings it doesn't work but if is made from the "Start Menu Style" tab it works.. |

It sounds like the specific skin you are trying to use is corrupt what you are doing by changing styles is avoiding the skin (or possibly just the corrupt part) The skins are left after an uninstall Go to the skins tab, and select a new skin(This should allow you to use whatever style was busted if you prefer Also If you can find the specific skin that was causing the issue and attach it here, we can find out exactly where it went wrong (it should be in the skins folder inside classic shells root directory |
