I have created a new skin called "Windows 10" based in the current "Windows 8" one. I have modified some layers and paddings to make it more like the one included in the new Start10 application. IMHO this one is 'cleaner' than the "Windows 8" one. Please feel free to include it in the Classic Shell core if you want. Regards, David.
