the default file-names all have the word 'classic' prefixed to them, this is a little redundant, and makes it somewhat harder to quickly spot the file your looking for, so i would suggest removing the 'classic' text from: IE9_32, IE9_64, Explorer Settings, Update, Start menu,

And if Not, the naming convention of 'Start menu Settings' should be named 'ClassicStartMenuSettings' to match the naming of the others..

Also you might want to include a shortcut that runs classicstartmenu.exe -exit in the install folder...

This will also organize the files better when the user has the folder sorted alphabetically..

Explorer Settings can also mislead users into thinking they're the settings for Windows Explorer. Same for IE Settings. The user may think (especially when searching), "are they options for IE"? On Windows 7, there is an OS provided Start Menu too. That's why they must be Classic Explorer, Classic IE, Classic Start Menu, Classic Shell Update.

Instead, their icons can be changed instead of all being the same, or their colors - red for Start Menu, yellow for Explorer, blue for IE and green for update.

They may be slightly missleading except for the fact there in the classic shell install folder.., besides he could always append - classic shell to the END of the mentioned files

Particularly with the start screen, it is important to have a descriptive name because programs can appear anywhere and in any order.

you mean the Modern UI?, Isn't the icon always visible(even when the text isn't), and enough to inform the user that a specific item is part of classic shell..
